Introduction to AA/DCFTA Training
The training will briefly introduce the participants with general provisions of AA/DCFTA as well as Content, the Scope and Benefit of the DCFTA. The main attention will be paid to the EU Ukraine obligations including approximation, international experience in this sphere.
Also, it will be highlighted the process of implementation of AA/DCFTA – the main challenge of the present Ukrainian society and government. Levels of approximation, dynamic approximation, basics of AA and DCFTA, interpretation of EU law.
Participants will be given information concerning the Association Agreement and European Integration/co-operation with eastern European countries.
